Key Summary: Your financial data (amounts, notes, expenses, budget limits) is stored exclusively on your device using HTML5 LocalStorage. We never transmit or store your financial records on remote database servers.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, read, or process:

Your bank accounts, UPI IDs, credit card numbers, or passwords.
Your specific transaction amounts, item notes, or spending breakdowns.
Personal identity details such as full name, phone number, or residential address.

2. Local Browser Storage

The Expense Tracker and micro-calculators utilize browser localStorage to remember your expenses, preferred currency, and monthly budget settings across sessions. This data never leaves your computer or phone unless you explicitly use the "Download JSON Backup" or "Export CSV" features.

3. Data Export & Deletion

You have complete control over your data. You can delete individual transactions at any time, export your full ledger to Excel/CSV, or clear your browser storage to wipe all data permanently.

4. Standard Web Telemetry & Hosting

Like almost all modern websites, basic anonymous server logs (such as IP address, browser user-agent, and requested URLs) may be logged by CDN and hosting infrastructure (e.g., Cloudflare) to ensure security, DDoS mitigation, and site availability. No financial data is ever included in these logs.
